Certain Services, such as property listing platforms and marketplace platforms, allow users to submit content including listings, descriptions, images, and contact information ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you:

  • Represent that you own or have the necessary rights to the content you submit
  • Grant jvkings a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with operating the relevant Service
  • Agree that your content does not violate the rights of any third party or applicable law

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

6. Affiliate Disclosure

Important: jvkings participates in affiliate marketing programmes. This means some links on our websites are affiliate links – if you click a link and make a purchase, jvkings may earn a commission at no additional cost to you.

Affiliate relationships include but are not limited to programmes on PartnerStack, Impact.com, CJ Affiliate (Commission Junction), and AppSumo. Affiliate commissions help fund the operation of our free tools and content.

Our editorial content and product recommendations reflect our genuine assessment of the products and services we feature. Affiliate relationships do not influence our editorial independence or the accuracy of our content.

Property listings on Vacancy Mall and marketplace listings on Cbaze are submitted by third-party users. jvkings does not verify listing accuracy and is not responsible for transactions conducted between users.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jvkings and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or in connection with your use of our Services.

In no event shall jvkings's total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services exceed the amount you paid to jvkings, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless jvkings and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses – including reasonable legal fees – arising out of or in any way connected with:
